Sheyi Ojo’s loan spell to Rangers might be going even better than Ryan Kent’s did last year.
The 22-year-old has already scored four goals and registered an assist for Steven Gerrard’s side – bagging last night in the final Europa League Qualifying Leg against Danish outfit FC Midtjylland.
Ojo barged his way into the box and slammed home with his left-peg, helping the Gers to a 3-1 win, which also featured a brace from Alfredo Morelos.
All of Ojo’s previous loans have been failures, it would be fair to say, but this one is going exceptionally well.
However, he’ll need to probably score 30+ goals and win Rangers the title if he’s to prove he actually has a future in Jurgen Klopp’s first-team.
