Pep Lijnders stood in for Jurgen Klopp and gave a pre-match press conference, ahead of our game against MK Dons in the Carabao Cup.
The German was off in Milan as he was crowned FIFA’s best male manager of the year – so I’m sure Pep can understand!
That being said, Lijnders was clearly up for the challenge as the Dutch coach shone in front of the press. The style of which he describes tactics was particularly notable.
