Liverpool were lucky against Sheffield United, as the Reds escaped Yorkshire with a slender 1-0 victory and three points – the hosts will feel as if they’ve been robbed.
In the second half, the ball falls kindly the Gini Wijnaldum just outside of the penalty area and the Dutch international knows exactly what to do.
He puts his laces through the ball and his effort sneaks underneath Dean Henderson’s arms to give Liverpool the lead.
The Reds didn’t put in a convincing shift, but will be thankful Gini’s effort somehow found its way under the goalkeeper – a goal that looks even more daft from the stands.
