Man United receive quadruple injury boost ahead of Liverpool clash

Liverpool travel to Old Trafford to face off against old foes in Manchester United this upcoming weekend, and we’ve had some positive injury news.

Mo Salah and Alisson are set to re-take their spots in the first team, following injuries to the star duo – the Egyptian actually only missing out on international duty.

And ahead of the game, Paul Pogba had cracked his toe which meant he was a serious doubt, but United have now had a quadruple injury boost ahead of the big game.

But it’s now reported – via the Mirror – that Paul Pogba, Anthony Martial, Luke Shaw and Aaron Wan Bissaka back for the Liverpool clash on Sunday

Obviously, this new found wealth of options is preferable for Ole Gunnar Solksjaer as he seeks to restore some faith at United after a very shaky start to the season.

Wan Bissaka is set to return after suffering with tonsillitis, and both Shaw and Martial have been out of action since August.

It’s unclear whether the latter two will even play a part in the game, however, but I’m sure United fans will rather have more options than less.

I’d tip Pogba to start, along with Wan Bissaka, and for Martial to start on the bench.
