Fabinho looks set to miss the entire December with the injury he picked up v Napoli in the Champions League.
That’s according to Dom King of the Daily Mail, who suggests the Brazilian won’t feature again in December and could actually be absent for as long as six weeks.
Liverpool concerned that Fabinho could be missing for the whole of December with his ankle issue, which could be as many as 10 games. Scan results will determine more but fears of a 4-6 week lay-off.

Fabinho is by far and away our best and most consistent midfielder and arguably the fulcrum of the side at no.6.
We felt his absence for 70 minutes on Wednesday, but it’s going to be a huge test of his team-mates to now get through ten matches without him.
Either Jordan Henderson or Gini Wijnaldum can now be used as our holding midfielder, which will enable one of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Naby Keita, Adam Lallana or James Milner to try and win a spot in the central three.
We think the former is currently best placed to do so – as he shouldn’t be judged on his below-par performances on the wing but in his best position as a roaming no.8.
It’s bad news, Reds – but this is a team of fighters and they have to pull together and maintain our Premier League lead without Fab.
