Liverpool supporters are famous for creating an atmosphere on those really big games. A fixture against one of the biggest sides in Europe in a knockout competition would qualify.
But it seems we may have met our match as Atletico Madrid fans have put on some incredible scenes to welcome their team bus, ahead of their clash with us in the Champions League.
The supporters can be heard changing “Atleti” as they dominate the scenes on a busy street in Madrid. The red flares really set the scene.
