Liverpool got off to a very interesting start in Wednesday night’s Champions League fixture against Ajax, with goalkeeper Adrian challenging Joe Gomez for possession.
The Spaniard come out to clear the ball but collided with the defender and almost knocked him off balance in the opening five minutes.
Gomez, quite rightly, was dumbfounded by Adrian’s actions and was visually frustrated with his team-mate – doesn’t exactly fill you will confidence!
