Liverpool hit with fresh injury concern as another player joins Alexander-Arnold and Keita in missing their international fixtures

Liverpool have been hit by several injury issues that have ruled some of our players out of their respective international fixtures over the next couple of weeks.

As reported by Liverpool World: ‘Conor Bradley is the latest Liverpool player who’s suffered an injury during the international break.

‘The youngster is yet to link up with Northern Ireland for their friendly against Luxembourg.

‘Bradley has remained at Anfield having sustained a knee issue.

‘He’s being assessed and been ruled out of action for his country’s game on Friday’.

In the list of players that could have got injured during this pivotal part of the season, it may come as a relief to some that it is the Northern Irishman but there certainly won’t be any celebrations.

Given the fixtures still to be played in the final two months of the campaign and the fact that several players have already had issues before the break has even begun, Jurgen Klopp will hope this is the end of the bad news.

Let’s hope everyone else comes back fit and healthy, ready to help us win the quadruple.

  1. Seriously Reds? We gonna complain about some injury (which may not even be too serious) to.. Connor Bradley?? The boy has played one cup game for us all season and we will mention his absence? What we should be talking about is how mistaken our decision to allow Neco to leave on loan when we were just one injury away (finally happened..) to TAA to having a crisis at RB position. Frankly Gomez is not a solution for us at any position! He has some qualities but can’t stay healthy nor is he reliable enough to be a real option even as back up either as CB or RB. We need to cash in on him in the summer while we still can. Same with Ox, Origi and Keita (another one who is quite good at times but never exceptional, nor can he stay healthy).
We absolutely need a valid RB option, two more in MF to replace Keita, Ox and Milner and one solid option for Salah.

  2. I agree Keita gets injured too often Gomez has regressed and Milner has had a great career but gives away too many frees. Minamino and Origi are not up to the quality required to play for the reds
