Bigger things to worry about…

My friends who have read my previous posts and comments would agree that i am an over optimistic liverpool supporter. Even in the most difficult of times, i always stick to supporting Players and the Manager and i still do with full passion and optimism. The events of the past few months have not dented my support for the club, but certainly have raised some questions that made me feel helpless and sometimes, literally in tears.

Last night, I ditched my office and came home to support the team. For some reason, i was not shattered by yesterday’s defeat. It felt like continuing a state of disappointment that i have carried for months now. What actually worries me is the fact that we the Liverpool supporters are becoming unwantedly fimiliar to the sights such as last night. Our weeks start with a disappointing result, carries on with the vows that we have no money and news about selling players like Stevie and Nando and ends at another heartbreaking game.

The problem now is not winning the FA cup or finishing fourth. In my view we have a bigger problem. The Facts like LACK OF FUNDS, SELLING TOP PLAYERS and Tasting defeat every now and then is realistically giving an impression that our beloved club, our life, Liverpool fc is moving too much fast to become a mid table club. A FULHAM or a Westham (no disrespect), that only plays for pride and keeping the fans together. I know a lot would disagree and anger on this view point, but i just hope they are right. As far as i can see…. This is exactly where we are headed if we don’t change things from director’s office to melwood and eventually on the pitch.

Come what may, I’ll always bleed RED!
