Klopp unimpressed with journalist’s question in press conference

For the most part, our new boss Jurgen Klopp has shown himself to be a happy-go-lucky kind of a fellow.

Sure, he sometimes rages on the touchline (as Alberto Moreno will vouch for), but in interviews and in front of the media he’s always laughing and joking.

Not so this weekend, according to the Echo.

Klopp was doing the usual pre-match routine at Melwood, answering questions about Daniel Sturridge, Philippe Coutinho, and potential new signings, when up piped one journalist from the back of the room.

“Is it a concern players have had no downtime?” asked the hack in question.

Klopp was not happy…

“I’m completely cool. I’m not in a position and the players are not in a position to concern, or to moan about it, but to play all three days, it’s difficult. What shall I say? It is like it is.”
