Filipe Luis is a brilliant, brilliant left-back, yet he’s hardly had a sniff at Chelsea due to Cesar Azpilicueta occupying the spot. Naturally, he’s unhappy with his role at the club, and with Alberto Moreno proving weak defensively on occasion, he’d be well worth a punt. Jose Mourinho has proven with Juan Mata and Romelu Lukaku that he will offload good players to Premier League clubs.
