About the HJC Cup
The HJC Cup has returned to its usual name after last years annual tournament was renamed due to personal issues with the past organisers. Last years winners LFCabstracts and Evolution Legal will surely want to prove a point this time around!!

The tournament will be based around last years tournament were it was split into 2 knockout tournaments so there will be plenty of football being played on hopefully a warm day like last year. The only issue this time around was agreeing a date for the tournament this year due to short notice and having other commitments but it will be back in its usual date slot in 2012.

Entry is open to all and if you can’t register a team but still want to play, get in touch and we will find a team for you to play in.

Team captains must collect entry money and register their teams.

A specially commissioned HJC Cup will be presented to the winners of the tournament along with another trophy for the winners of the 2nd tournament

How To Enter:

You can enter PM’ing myself or emailing hjc.cup2011@gmail.com with your team name, name and contact details. Once contact has been received, a reply will be sent to confirm your teams place.

Payments

A PayPal email address will be made in the coming days but cash on the day is also acceptable as it was ok with Sports facility last year.

Cash or cheque etc is also optional, just ask about this option and we will get back to you on what to do.

Format

Group Stages then split into 2 knockout rounds

Quarter-Finals (or knockout round depending on number of teams)

Semi Finals

3rd/4th place play off

Final

Teams should try to co-ordinate their kits. Bibs will be provided.

Presentation

The HJC cup will be presented to the winning team immediately after the final has been played.

There will be an evening do this year which is still being organised so look out for details, and the bar which will be outside this year will be open throughout the day so feel free to come along and support your team.
