He has become more selfless in his play too, already clocking up 11 assists as he continues to form an SAS partnership with Daniel Sturridge.
It is rare that a player can turn public opinion so much by his performances on the pitch alone, but the 26-year-old has somehow managed to do just that and fans across the country have had no choice but to doth their caps at his talent.
