Luis Suarez remains confident that he can achieve his dream of Champions League football whilst playing at Anfield, we all know about the Suarez incident in the summer with the Uruguayan trying to engineer a move away for Anfield. Since Suarez tried to leave the club he has played 21 Premier League games and scored 23 goals in the process and has been a huge part in the Reds standing in the Premier League table. Suarez has a huge desire to play in the elite competition and insisted he can do it with Liverpool after Steven Gerrard has told him all about the glorious nights at Anfield. Luis Suarez stated “I watched the games on TV this week and when you hear that Champions League music that’s motivation in itself,” “I want to be there with Liverpool. It’s an unbelievable competition. It’s where we want to be – playing against the top teams in Europe. “Stevie has told me about Champions League nights at Anfield. He said when you have played Champions League football at Anfield you will never forget it. I want to try it for myself. “When I arrived here I said it was my dream to play for Liverpool and play Champions League here. I know I can achieve my dreams here.”
