Egyptian born attacker is available…

AC Milan will part with Italian forward Stephan El Sharaawy providing an interested club stumps up £11.5m, reports the Mirror.

The Italian giants, who beat Real Madrid in a friendly in Dubai on Tuesday, had previously claimed they’d only consider ‘sensational’ offers for the 22-year-old, but now the club hierarchy have changed their minds…

El Sharaawy can play either as a central striker or out on the left in a modernly traditional 4-3-3 system. This is where he’s been deployed for Milan this term, and he’s bagged one goal and registered three assists in Serie A 2014/15.

His breakthrough season came in 2012/13, where he notched 16 league goals playing as a striker, but injuries ruled out virtually his entire campaign last time out…

As a result, his stock has dropped, and while talented, a move for El Sharaawy would be a risky one.

The forward is a close personal friend of Mario Balotelli; which for some fans, could be a reason for us to move, or not to move for El Sharaawy.
