Shockingly, he referred to Liverpool fans as ‘Nasty Scouse Scum,’ and naturally – the clip went viral.
Today, his employers released the below video, announcing that O’Connell’s contact had been terminated with immediate effect.
The lawyer also wrote a foul internet blog on Liverpool as a city, and it seems like O’Connell has got what was coming to him.
