Yes, we have to play everyone at some point next season, but Liverpool’s fixture list is gruesome in the early weeks.
Four out of our first five games are away (partly our fault because of Anfield’s redevelopment), and we’re facing Arsenal, Spurs, Chelsea and Leicester – before facing Manchester United eight games in as well.
If we get through them, it could work wonders – as we’ve a series nice games before Christmas and a smooth run-in – along with the ‘benefit’ of no European football.
Still, some fans aren’t taking it too well!
