Our dramatic 4-3 win over Arsenal at the weekend has smashed viewing figure records in the United States.

According to World Soccer Talk, the game – which was shown live on NBCSN – grabbed the attention of 745,000 viewers, thus making it the most-watched Premier League opening weekend game in US cable television history.

By way of comparison, 626,000 people tuned in for the Manchester United vs Spurs game on the opening day of last season.

It seems like all those hours spent touring around the States each summer are finally paying off!

During this off-season, we played three games across the pond, losing to Chelsea and Roma but beating AC Milan. The games were all played in Calfornia and the south-west of the country. In previous years, we’ve visited Boston and the East Coast.
