Liverpool and Man Utd couldn’t be more opposite so far this season.
It’s not for us to gloat, but after losing three games in a week there is already signs that the wheels are starting to come off the Mourinho wagon, especially after his public lambasting of Luke Shaw following their loss to Watford at the weekend.
We, on the other hand, couldn’t be more united (excuse the pun!) — the players are playing for each other and everyone seems fully bought in and committed to the project that Klopp is putting together.
In case it wasn’t already obvious, look at this incredible statistic about how far each Premier League side has run this season:
We are top of the tree, 11 km ahead of City and 16 km ahead of Spurs. But look who is last… Seems like Mourinho just can’t get his team to work for him.
They come to Anfield in a fortnight. Let’s hope we compound their woes.
