Klopp describes how he and the side were feeling at half-time against Swansea

Klopp has underscored just how annoyed he and the squad were at half-time in the game against Swansea at the weekend.

We were 1-0 down after conceding an early goal, and Swansea had looked the more dangerous team.

The German has said he and the boys felt “angry”:

“We were angry at half-time, but with ourselves, nobody else. So we had to show we can do better because [up to that point] nobody could see why we were here,” he said.

“It looked like we were there for a football game but we were there because we want to win a football game. In the second half, there was no doubt about this anymore.” (official site).

In the end it worked out well as Klopp’s word inspired Roberto Firmino and James Milner to help fire us to a 2-1 win.

We are now third in the table, two points behind leaders City who lost to Spurs on Sunday.
