‘What a rollercoaster!’- LFC stars react emphatically to vital win at Leicester

Liverpool’s stars avoided exposing themselves to more uncomfortable criticism on Saturday as they took all three points in a thriller against Leicester.

Jurgen Klopp’s men prevailed in a high-intensity clash to end a four game winless run and gain some momentum heading into their midweek Champions League group stage meeting with Spartak Moscow.

The reaction on social media told the story as Reds were afforded a sigh of relief following a testing and undeniably frustrating period for the club.

Philippe Coutinho wrote the headlines with a magical first half display, in which he superbly assisted Mohamed Salah’s headed goal before striking home a stunning free-kick.

Besides welcoming the Brazilian back to form, Reds rejoiced over a victory that was made all the more pleasing by how hard they had to fight to earn it.

Simon Mignolet was, unsurprisingly, overjoyed after saving Jamie Vardy’s second-half penalty to keep the score at 3-2 and help his side take a significant stride towards the points.

Here’s how the Belgian and his teammates reacted…

What a rollercoaster! In the end we get what we deserve: 3 points!! #YNWA #LFC 💪🔴
