Gary Neville was covered in drink and verbally abused as he walked past a group of Manchester City fans yesterday.
City had just won the title in Brighton, with Neville presenting at the stadium for Sky Sports.

On his way out though, he was caught by a section of City supporters who found a strange way to celebrate their side’s achievement.
If this was Liverpool fans, it would be worldwide news, so it’s only fair that our rivals get the same coverage, right?
