Like most Liverpool fans today, we’ve been scouring the internet for footage of Harvey Elliott, who according to the Telegraph, is set to sign from Fulham.
The 16-year-old prodigy refused their professional contract offer and Liverpool have pipped Real Madrid to his services, after he became the Premier League’s youngest ever player in 2018/19.
There’s plenty of blurry compilations on YouTube, but this goal for Fulham’s U23s shows the talent he’s got in the locker!
Running back, Elliott swivels and volleys into the back of the net with his favoured left-foot, which he uses to both finish and create chances.
We think he’ll start life with our U23s and maybe even the U18s, but will be given chances to train with the first-team at Melwood, just like Ki-Jana Hoever was last term.
Maybe like the Dutchman, Elliott will make a first-team debut in a cup competition next season, too.
