Various reports indicate that Hicks & Gillett are trying to raise £100 million to £125 million to finance the new stadium. In order to secure the financing they might be forced to sell 25% of their ownership in the club to what like a middle-east investor.
If this story is true then this is really good news, not only will be have a new stadium built but it will also mean the begining of the end of the Hicks & Gillett ownership. My belief is if there is a 3rd owner then HE (3rd owner) might start buying out shares from Hicks and Gillett until eventually HE has controlling interest.

Let’s just see who this new owner will be (IF there is a new owner), before saying he should buy out the team :) I mean, not all people in the Middle East are filthy rich. It’q quite the opposite in truth .
