This morning I sent this email to Spirit of Shankly
I love the billboards you are putting up around Liverpool however I really believe that the way to get to H&G is to take the fight to their home.
I really believe that embarrassing them in front of their business associates and friends will be more effective.
We should explore doing the following.
1) Targeting the Newspapers & TV stations in Vail & Dallas, explaining what H&G have done to LFC.
2) Billboards strategically placed in their commuter route eg. in front of Hicks’ office on the road frequently taken by Gillett.
3) I love the Blimp idea for the “Do not buy the Sun”. Here in the States we have many services like that, the banners dragged by planes are the most popular.

As you know Gillett owns a Nascar team and an aerial banner like this was would be perfect during a race.
Please let me know if you need some help with groundwork here in the US.
I think that raising funds for such a project is achievable as I know we can find thousands of Reds who are willing to spare a couple of fivers.
