Liverpool predicted XI v Queens Park Rangers – Brendan Rodgers to ring changes

Posted by

RAM) Raheem Sterling

We’ve said it a couple of times recently but Sterling is in real need of a big performance. We’ve gone with him again over Jordon Ibe, who we’ve dropped to the bench after an uncharacteristically lacklustre display on Tuesday.

LAM) Philippe Coutinho

Arguably the only player whose name is currently guaranteed its position on the team-sheet. The Brazilian has been regularly moved around the front-line recently but we’ve returned him to his occasional position on the left.

ST) Rickie Lambert

We were surprised to hear reports on Friday that the big-man could get the nod for this one, in the absence of the injured Mario Balotelli (via the Liverpool Echo). Alternatively, Rodgers could pick Adam Lallana and let either Sterling or Coutinho play through the middle.
