RW) Jordon Ibe
We can’t wait to see Ibe and Clyne linking up together down the right. Danny Ings and Rickie Lambert both started up front in the first-half against the All-Stars and we lacked natural width as a result, something which Ibe will bring in spades.
LW) Adam Lallana
Lallana’s first pre-season game in a Liverpool shirt saw him find the net with a well-taken finish and link up well with the likes of Henderson and Origi. More of the same in this game will have the Liverpool fans start to feel very optimistic about his prospects for next season.
ST) Divock Origi
The powerful striker was a constant threat on Tuesday – hitting the post twice, forcing one excellent save and eventually finding the net with an excellent header. Will he continue that against Brisbane? He definitely deserves the chance to show what he can do from the start.
