It turns out Luis Garcia’s infamous ghost goal from the 2005 Champions League semi-final did cross the line…
But it was actually scored by Harry Kane.
Twitter user @BossThaKlopp made this image and sent it to our former Spanish playmaker, who loved it!

Kane, of course, has been awarded a goal from last week after making a mighty big deal about it.
Spurs actually appealed to the Premier League to take it off Christian Eriksen and award it to Kane, which has made the footballing world laugh its socks off.
Replays show that despite Kane swearing on his daughter’s life, it didn’t touch him.
Never mind. He’s probably regretting it now as he’s made a right fool of himself…
The Englishman is four goals behind Mo Salah in the race for the Golden Boot, with our Egyptian superstar on 29.
Hopefully Salah can pull away from his goalscoring rival on Saturday, as Liverpool host Bournemouth at Anfield.
