Great injury news, Liverpool fans: Three star players all set for return at same time

Daniel Sturridge, Coutinho and Divock Origi are all ready to play against West Ham on Tuesday in the FA Cup Replay at Anfield, reports the official website.

This is fantastic news as Sturridge and Coutinho are undeniably Liverpool’s two best players, while Origi provides the energy and running the team is desperately crying out for.

Brazilian playmaker Coutinho has been out since the first-leg of the League Cup semi-final with Stoke, where he pulled a hamstring – while Origi has been out with the same injury since the Leicester City match on Boxing Day and hasn’t featured once in 2016.

Sturridge’s injury problems are the most well publicised in the country, and the forward’s only made six appearances all term.

Having Sturridge, Coutinho and summer signing Roberto Firmino on the pitch together at the same time though is Liverpool’s best chance of a strong second half of the season.

Remarkably, those three have never taken the field at the same time.

What they’ll inject into our current lifeless attack is speed, creativity and hopefully – goals. Liverpool haven’t scored in our past three matches and badly need an added spark in the final third.
