I’m sure it’s allowed, althought I would like the FA to step in and stop them owning two clubs, but people can own more than one business and unfortunatly which ever way you look at it an owner looking for a club is looking for a business even if they are a fan of the club or not. But a question….would we all still be moaning or grumbling if they were to buy the club, provide us with a shiney new stadium, and give Rafa pocket money? Everyone goes on about Man City can’t buy love, but I’m unsure what Liverpool fans are after these days.
We all seem to want the same with respect to the owners out, or at least sorting the finacial situation at the club out and giving Rafa spending money, but people seem to be concerned with new stadiums as well, doesn’t matter were we play for now. The common argument I see is we want to see money, it’s all thats talked about before games in the pub, during the game in the stands, and then a quick pint after the game and thats all discussed. So if an owner with unlimited resources was to buy the club would you be happy then?
Yes in a perfect world we would have an owner born and bred in the area, lover of the club, came into x amount of money and wants to build Liverpool up again, but I doubt thats going to happen anytime soon.
So if the sold city and bought Liverpool would you guys be happy with them owning the club?
