U have to remember one major issue if it wasnt rbs it would be barclays, hsbc etc. RBS have told gillett and hicks to sell. if rbs where to call up the debt it would send the club into administration if another bank refused to take on debt. also the small matter of hicks and gillet have just let a baseball team in america go bust with a similar debt to ours. i think we owe rbs some credit! they forced hicks and gillett to repay 60 million of the debt last year and have told them to repay debt this year! dont be so narrow minded its rediculous!
