Sadio Mane scored our fourth goal of the afternoon at the Emirates to mark his full senior debut with a goal.
It was a wonderful solo effort, as the new £34 million man picked the ball up on the wide right, drove at two defenders, skipped inside, and smashed a unstoppable strike into the top corner.
If we needed any further proof of the camaraderie between our boss and his players, you needed to look no further than the goal celebrations.
The Senegalese international waved away his jubilant teammates and made a beeline for the German… And when he got there? Wild piggy-back riding ensued.
Klopp seemed unsure what to do at first, but quickly got the hang of it and held his new signing aloft.
It was a lovely moment it what’s been a frenetic game.
