Klopp has asked these 3 youngsters to first-team training pre Man. United clash

Due to the international break, most of Jurgen Klopp’s best players have been absent from Melwood the past week.

But this has given him the chance to cast his eye over some of the Under-23 talent and bring them into first-team training.

The official website lists Yan Dhanda, Cameron Brannagan and Matty Virtue as being specifically called up by Klopp.

Dhanda is a rapid winger, while Brannagan and Virtue are controlling midfielders. Despite their presence at Melwood, we highly doubt any will make the match-day squad for the Manchester United clash at the weekend.

The likes of James Milner, Loris Karius, Joel Matip and Alberto Moreno don’t play international football right now, for various reasons, so have also been present over the past week.

England’s players Jordan Henderson, Daniel Sturridge and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will have returned, but our star Brazilians are still absent – with the final game of South American Qualifying due to take place against Chile tomorrow evening.

Hopefully, they’ll be fit for the Anfield clash, which could turn our season around.
