PSG will not be able to call upon Layvin Kurzawa against Liverpool on our upcoming Champions League tie.
The Frenchman is out for the calendar year, so says Le Parisien.
PSG will reportedly be without Layvin Kurzawa for the rest of 2018. https://t.co/OnPOcByU7B

Kurzawa is a left-back, but can also play as a wing-back in Thomas Tuchel’s 3-4-1-2 formation.
So far, the German has switched between that tactic and a 4-2-3-1, both of which enable Neymar a central, no.10 role.

As a result, Tuchel may use Angel di Maria as a wing-back, or youngster Stanley N’Soki as a conventional left-back, given summer signing Juan Bernat has yet to feature.
On top of the prolonged absence of Kurzawa, PSG have Dani Alves and Marco Verratti injured, while Adrien Rabiot and Gigi Buffon are suspended for the trip to Anfield.
As a result, we think they’ll start something like this, in a 4-2-3-1 formation: Areola; Meunier; Kimpembe, Silva, N’Soki; Marquinhos, Diarra; Mbappe, Neymar, Di Maria, Cavani
It’s beatable, for sure.
