Van Dijk has been ever-present in the Premier League this season for Liverpool, helping us secure our best defensive record at this stage of a campaign in the competition’s history.

He’s been nothing short of jaw-dropping and is in the running for the Premier League Player of the Year award as a result.

What’s more, Trent Alexander-Arnold hasn’t returned yet, Joe Gomez is not training and James Milner is suspended – meaning the back-four is going to be makeshift to say the least.

Rafa Camacho, Lovren, Matip and Andy Robertson are the likely starters – and we can only hope they have a solid outing in the locker – as nothing less than a win will do.
