(Video) Clyne delivers beautiful pass for Bournemouth goal as Reds field Hendo at RB

We’re not wanting to criticise the club or the manager for the sake of it – especially after a result which was influenced by both the conditions and the officiating.

In fact, we think Jurgen Klopp is the best on the planet and we wouldn’t swap him for anybody – Pep Guardiola included!

But that doesn’t mean he gets everything right, although the benefit of hindsight gives us a big advantage over him in this particular regard.

Last night, Liverpool’s captain Jordan Henderson had to play at right-back, ten days after James Milner filled in the position v Crystal Palace and got the runaround by Wilf Zaha.

Hendo didn’t do badly at right-back, but the position was clearly not one he found natural.

Meanwhile on the south coast, Bournemouth were thrashing Chelsea 4-0, with Nathaniel Clyne superb… Check out this pass he made for their third goal…

Loaning him out at the beginning of the month is looking an increasingly poor choice.

Never mind, eh?! Hopefully Trent Alexander-Arnold will be back very soon – as he’s the only player capable of performing to the levels we expect in the position.

Joe Gomez is much better in central defence, with the Englishman back before the end of the month.

On we go!
