Liverpool are set to face Burnley away from home on the opening day of the Premier League, if an image circling Twitter is to be believed.
The internet reckons this is legitimate – and if it wasn’t – it would have taken someone with far, far too much time on their hands to photoshop it!
(Although stranger things have happened, of course!)
If correct, we’ll head to Turf Moor in the Saturday late kick-off, which we actually reckon is a pretty good start.
Leaked fixtures for opening day apparently. Not unhappy with Burnley away. pic.twitter.com/YSFxJIdfLs

Last term, we battered West Ham on opening day, before winning our next five matches to secure our best ever start to a league campaign – eventually drawing at Stamford Bridge against Chelsea on match-day seven.
We’d happily take a similar start to 2019/20, in the knowledge that Manchester City will drop points in only a handful games of all season.
As a result, if we’re to kick on from the Champions League victory and do something brilliant domestically – we’ll need to be almost perfect from August onwards.
It’s a huge ask, but if anyone can do it, it’s the team of warriors Jurgen Klopp has assembled.
