Rhian Brewster has sent some Reds fans into meltdown with a message sent on Twitter to Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi, who is yet to sign a new deal with the London club and could be on the way out of Stamford Bridge.
Bayern Munich are believed to want to sign the England international, but it was thought that they would have done so during the summer transfer window, while the Reds have also been linked with him in the past.
When Trevoh Chalobah, another Chelsea youngster who is currently on loan at Hudderfield Town in the Championship, replied to a tweet from Hudson-Odoi by urging him to sign a contract extension, Brewster cheekily added in with ‘at Liverpool’.
The only thing that was missing was the eyes emoji!

Reds fans in the replies were certainly pleased with the suggestion, though it remains likely that Hudson-Odoi will sign with Chelsea. Speculation in the last few days points towards that being imminent, but he would be an amazing signing for the Reds.
Perhaps Brewster’s comment was purely a joke, but it does not take much to get Liverpool Twitter in a frenzy! We’d certainly like it if Brewster put a good word in and Hudson-Odoi came to Anfield – he’s a top player in the making.
