We love you, Carra!
Monday Night Football pundit and our former central defensive stalwart Jamie Carragher has taken to Twitter to mock the country’s most selfie happy side – Arsenal.
Following the Manchester City victory, the Gunners covered social media in pictures of themselves celebrating.
“It’s winding me up, it’s an absolute joke,” said Carragher, reported here on ESPN.
“It was one giant going to another giant. Of course celebrate, but it’s nonsense, all of these team pics in dressing rooms. Normally, you have them with a cup! It’s nonsense, and they need to stop doing it.”
Perhaps they should be reminded that they’re fifth in the table, and the best they can probably hope for this term is their customary Champions League spot…
