Rating every Liverpool transfer window of the 21st century – Why the crop of 2007 must be matched
With all the talk currently focusing on the upcoming transfer window, we decided to look back at each and every transfer performance we’ve had since the turn of the century. We were surprised by a lot of the results, with a number of players we could scarcely remember both signing and invariably leaving once again.
We gave each year’s performance a rating out of ten and then concluded the piece by trying to work out where this summer’s crop of stars might rank.
