5) Juan Fernando Quintero

Along with Real Madrid’s James Rodriguez, Quintero is the future of Colombia. The 21-year-old is massively talented, and as the Echo reports, he has in the past been compared to Lionel Messi.
Currently plying his trade with FC Porto, the tricky attacking midfielder would be an excellent acquisition.
