Is this actually happening…?
There hasn’t been a lengthy confirmation from the club yet, but it seems as though Daniel Sturridge is injured again.
James Pearce of the Echo sent this tweet out at 7pm, claiming that the 26-year-old forward, the most injured in Liverpool’s Premier League history, has picked up another problem.

He’s not in tonight’s starting lineup, or even on the bench, as this tweet from the club’s official account indicates:

The forward hasn’t played under Jurgen Klopp yet, but had returned to full training and was in line for an appearance this evening against Bordeaux. Of course, that won’t happen now – and fans will wait to see how long he’ll be out for this time.
But in reality, this is just ridiculous. How can one player pick up so many injuries in training? Something is wrong, because it doesn’t make sense.
