Klopp makes brilliant comments about UEFA not banning Fellaini

Along with his brilliant managerial mind, Jurgen Klopp’s got a sharp, witty tongue – and UEFA are the latest to be on the end of it!

The manager was speaking ahead of tonight’s Europa League clash with Manchester United, and was asked specifically what he thought about the fact Marouane Fellaini isn’t retrospectively banned tonight despite a blatant elbow on Emre Can last week.

“People at UEFA see it as a normal challenge, but they gave me a three game ban for my face in Naples!” he replied – referencing a previous touchline suspension he picked up while at Borussia Dortmund.

You’ve probably seen it before, and to be fair – it probably did warrant some kind of disciplinary action! The poor fourth official is bricking it!

Still, if Klopp’s picking up bans for his ‘face’, then Fellaini should sit out the rest of the competition.
