Jurgen Klopp has told Joe Allen’s potential suitors that they’ll need to part with just £14 million if they want to lure the in-demand Welshman ahead of the new season.

According to the Express, both Allen and Lucas could leave the club this summer, with the £14 million Allen fee going towards Polish midfielder Piotr Zielinski.

The Mail report that even though we rejected a £8 million bid from Swansea last month, Allen is still likely to leave the club.

The biggest question is where he will go. His stunning performances in the Euros with Wales have alerted a number of European clubs to his talents, and the footballing world is seemingly his oyster.

We can’t help but feel £14 million is too low, especially given the over-inflated transfer fees that some clubs are parting with this summer.
