Any club in the Premier League is capable of buying a player for £20m nowadays, and that’s exactly what Tony Pulis’s West Brom were prepared to pay for Mamadou Sakho, according to the Daily Mail.

Oddly, Liverpool do not want to sell Sakho, and have told him if he proves his fitness and professionalism elsewhere he can fight for his place against next term for Liverpool.

The player told West Brom he didn’t want to make the move, and did the same to Stoke City who wanted him on loan, ESPN claim…

Now, he has 48 hours to find a new club, or stay at the club and see if Klopp is as good as his word and won’t use him…

What a year Sakho has had to endure. Incorrect drugs ban, injuries, sent home from tour and now this.

Wherever he ends up, we wish him luck. Perhaps his attitude isn’t right for Klopp, but the fans love him and we still think he’s a top bloke.
