Here we go…
Less than two weeks after Zeljko Buvac left Liverpool for reasons that we still don’t actually know, there’s suggestions that Jurgen Klopp’s long-serving former no.2 has made up with the German and will return to the dugout for our season defining upcoming matches.

On Sunday, we face Brighton at Anfield, needing a win to confirm Champions League Football next term.
On May 26th, we travel to Kiev for the final of that very competition against Real Madrid.
Since Buvac departed, we’ve lost consecutive matches against AS Roma and Chelsea and we’d love to see The Brain back with Klopp, the man he’s worked alongside for 18 years.
Now, the sources who are sharing this news are very poor, in all honesty, but we hope they’re right on this one…
It would be cray if Liverpool played and won a Champions League Final without Buvac on the sidelines. We really hope that whatever issue came between them has been resolved and his potential return can boost the team.
Just to make things clear ..Klopp has asked buvac to come back for the CL final ..it’s unclear at this stage whether buvac will actually return but there’s a strong likelihood he will ..It would be just the boost the players ,who really adore him ,need #LFC

News about Liverpool agreeing a deal and personal terms with Fekir is great but for me the rumour about Buvac potentially being back for the the Brighton match is bigger and much more important for the club 🤞

Željko Buvac has returned to Liverpool btw. Was in Germany for a week or so. Unclear as to whether he will be part of Klopp’s staff when Liverpool take on Brighton and then Real Madrid. Doubt it though.
