Some Liverpool fans have been blown away by the improvement made by Georginio Wijnaldum, who has been absolutely on another level for us today.
The Dutchman might’ve looked like a player set to lose his place this season considering we signed two big-name midfielders in Naby Keita and Fabinho this summer.

But it hasn’t worked out like that, with Fabinho’s slow start keeping him out of the squad for the time being as Jurgen Klopp admits he still has to adjust to the team and playing in a new league.
Still, Wijnaldum is in there on merit and has really blossomed into a superb all-rounder, with playing alongside Naby perhaps rubbing off on him.
