Liverpool are keeping tabs on Aaron Ramsey and could either secure the Welshman at the end of this season on a free, or for a reduced price in January.
That’s according to James Olley in the Evening Standard, who claims that Manchester United are also considering a move for Arsenal’s top performer this term.
But fans of our rivals are not in the slightest happy about it, especially after we secured Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain last summer as well.
Most Gunners on Twitter want their club to hold onto Ramsey, or at the very least, offload him to Juventus or somewhere else abroad.
This season, the 27-year-old has three assists and one goal in the top flight, having notched 11 in total last term.
Our midfield lacks a player capable of getting into the box and hitting these numbers, so it’s certainly one worth at the very least considering.
LOTS of talk over Aaron Ramsey's future. Whole host of clubs interested, surely a terrible decision from Arsenal if he joins a direct rival in the Premier League!
Have to try and sell abroad surely…where do you see him ending up?

Ramsey to Liverpool would be bad purely because even if he was absolutely diabolical, Liverpool fans would change the narrative to make it look like he was a great signing.

We simply can't allow Ramsey to join Liverpool. Pressing monster, goal threat & would complement Firmino well. https://t.co/UlvwFyZ95l

This is bad. Ox was crap, so no issue him going to Liverpool, but Ramsey is very good. Really can’t believe we aren’t keeping him. And worse, selling him to a PL rival. https://t.co/kjUtOy5NNf

If Aaron Ramsey want to join Liverpool. Arsenal should try and land Gini Wijnaldium or Sturridge as a swap deal.
If Ramsey wants United we should try and get Martial/Lingard in return.

I personally feel letting Ramsey go is a huge mistake. If he joins Liverpool, he would add so steel to their already stacked midfield. If Emery plays a 3 in midfield, we would have more control of games and a much better role for Ramsey.

So stupid to let Ramsey go, when United, Liverpool or Chelsea will come in for him
