Daniel Sturridge took inspiration from the man that usually keeps him out of the starting XI in training today…
The English forward channeled his inner-Bobby and scored a lovely no-look training goal at Melwood, which you can see below!

Sturridge has been excellent for Liverpool this term. He’s scored four goals in just 313 minutes and registered a Champions League assist, too.
With Jurgen Klopp using him sparingly, off the bench and in rotation, the striker is playing his best football for some time.
He cannot and will not be used twice a week, but his 20 minute cameos at the end of each game are vital to keeping his team-mates fresh, as well.
Sturridge’s goal against Chelsea was not only brilliant, but crucial, maintaining our unbeaten Premier League record.
If he stays fit, he’ll play a vital role for us all season.
