Jurgen Klopp says Liverpool have a new slogan following the win against Arsenal at the weekend – and it perfectly captures the way in which he has got his brilliant side performing.
According to the Daily Mail, he said: “Our identity is intensity.”
‘Physically?’, he was asked.
“Of course,” came the response.
The Reds simply blew the Gunners apart at times on Saturday evening, and the worrying thing for the rest of the Premier League is that Mo Salah and co were nowhere near their peak.

Arsenal are much-improved on last season and put up significantly more of a fight than they mustered in either of their last two visits to Anfield, but still the Reds were able to comfortably take the three points without having to hit top gear.
Klopp went on to add: “The tempo we put in the game from the beginning was really incredible. There was no time to breathe. Adrian catches the ball, throws it out, now go. Andrew Robertson gets the ball. Oh really, again?
“We did it constantly. And I like that. It’s about having that intensity always.”
The ease with which the Reds went in front and stayed there, against a pretty good opponent, can only be a good thing for the rest of the season. There is still a lot more to see from the Reds over the coming months, but that win on Saturday was very promising indeed.
